Career Coaching

Stuck? Need a change? Returning after a break?

Have you ever thought about why we work? Why do we have careers?  Maybe some of these reasons strike a chord with you…

Money enrichment contribution

If your career isn't ticking all of these boxes, or the right boxes for you, the chances are you will be feeling stressed, unhappy, worried and unfulfilled. The average person spends about one third of their life at work.  That is typically about 90,000 hours!  It is so important that you have a career that makes you happy.

As a child, what did you dream about doing when you grew up?  Are you doing it?  Does it make you happy?  Or did you just somehow fall into a job and when you look back, you’re not really sure how you got there?

Perhaps you did follow a childhood dream, but it turned out not to be the dream you thought it would be.

Maybe you are just embarking on your career but feel overwhelmed by the options.

You might have got to a point in your career and got stuck but don’t know where to start to make a change.

Have you taken a break from your career and now wish to return but don’t know where to start?

Were you made redundant and now lack the confidence to  show potential employers what you have to offer?

Coaching mentoring consultation

Whatever the reason, I can help you.

A coaching programme will carve out valuable time for you to reflect on what you want out of a career and everything you have to offer.  I can challenge you and support you to clarify your goals, plan to execute those goals and help you to hold yourself accountable.

I conduct all my coaching sessions over video calls so I can help you wherever you are.  Typically you will have a series of coaching sessions to establish your goals, assess the reality of your situation now, explore options and to plan what to do.  Find out more about me.
