Stuck? Need a change? Returning after a break? Ready for your next move? Made Redundant? A Career Coaching programme can help you.

Career Coaching

The average person spends about one third of their life at work.  That is typically about 90,000 hours! You shouldn’t be feeling stressed, unhappy, worried and unfulfilled.  It is so important that you have a career and life that makes you happy.

I help people who are lost, stuck or unhappy with their career to make changes so they can wake up motivated and excited each morning, and go to sleep each night fulfilled and with peace of mind.

Career Coaching Programmes

I offer a range of career coaching options to suit various needs and budgets. As well as the options below, I offer more bespoke coaching programmes of varying lengths to meet your specific needs. These programmes will often include elements of the programmes below.

If you have a nagging feeling that you’re not quite happy in your job, or maybe it is more than a nagging feeling, it is worthwhile conducting a quick audit of your career to help you think about what you can do to get back on track. This exercise is also useful even if you are facing redundancy as it will help you clarify in your mind what path you want to be on.
Join my free Facebook group The Career Couch and look for the exercise in the Units section.
